Frazzle the dog takes on 10k walk while waiting for adoption

Stokenchurch Dog Rescue has been caring for six-year-old, Lurcher type Frazzle for the past two years, after his owner was no longer able to care for him.
Long-time rescue centre supporter Lisa Carter has been walking him since he arrived, and this week the pair took on a major challenge to raise funds for his fellow dogs at Stokenchurch.

Ms Carter said: “Frazzle and I took on this walk together as I’ve been walking him every weekend since he arrived at Stokenchurch, so it’s only right we did this together.

The JustGiving page raised more than £500 for the pair, who took on the walk on Sunday, March 16, starting at the rescue centre.

Frazzle, who has been waiting for adoption for two years, is described as a friendly dog “who loves spending time with people” and would be “a great companion for an energetic, adventurous family”.
Ms Carter added: “Frazzle is such a wonderful dog and would make a fantastic addition to anyone’s home.
“He walked the 10k alongside a former SDR dog called Star. I’m so proud of both of them.”
